Stefania Riccardo
Lawyer
Registered with the Foggia Bar Association since 2002 and currently based in Madrid.
She has gained expertise in consumer law and growing companies, after an experience in Rome at a law firm specializing in insurance and medical and civil liability, joining the Lega Consumatori of Milan, she consolidates relationships with professional firms adhering to the consumer association throughout Italy, so as to be able to create a network of serious and professional lawyers who support debt collection activities, enforcement procedures, bankruptcy procedures and disputes of various kinds. In recent years she has been involved in the management and protection of large hotel chains, with attention to the drafting of contracts and the management of relationships with insurance companies, as well as credit protection.
Dynamic and with a practical approach, it operates between Italy and Spain, offering tailor-made legal advice also to Spanish clients with operations in Italy, seeking strategic and timely solutions.
Attorney Riccardo also gained experience as an honorary judge at the Court of Foggia, where she held the position from 2003 to 2004. She drafts sentences, issues injunctions and has acted as a guardianship judge.

Nancy Valentina Centra
Lawyer
Registered with the Verona Bar Association since 2008, with her own office in Verona, she is part of the LSA PARTNERS team of lawyers. She has a background in pure civil law, with extensive experience in particular in debt collection, evictions, leases and accidents.
Lawyer of reference at the Acli Association, with a solid reputation, she offers consultancy, as a volunteer, to families and workers, on disputes between employers and employees and is President of the Acli Club of Bussolengo (VR), as well as a councilor of the Presidency of the Acli of Verona.
She is also implementing her skills and experience by joining and supporting the project "Legal Help Desk for Family and Workers" and is constantly updated on the Italian legislation and judicial system.
Its activity is mainly aimed at extrajudicial and judicial assistance in debt collection, civil transactions, resolution of family disputes, inheritance litigation, road accidents, conflicts regarding leases, obligations and executions, throughout Northern Italy.
During her career she has taught constitutional law, administrative law and civil law to students in various private schools in Verona.
She also provides legal advice in English and Spanish.
